Perfect Pushup Review
Introduction
One of the most common exercises for building muscles in the chest and arms is a push-up. Many people understand immediately that push-ups can be serious muscle builders, mostly because of how difficult the exercise is to do at some point. However, you can take those push-ups and make them even more effective through the use of the Perfect Pushup.
Proper wrist angle means more focused muscle movement
When people normally do push-ups, their hands are on the ground with palms flat and stretching out in front of the body. The Perfect Pushup includes a handle for easy rotational movement and accomplishes two things for your body in the process. The first is that your hand closes into a fist and the second is that you can rotate your wrists so that the back of your hands face outward in both directions instead of forward. This has the effect of giving your wrist and hand better exercise angles as they will line up with your arms. The end result is much better muscle targeting with each rep that you do.
Plastic, not metal
Based on the way the Perfect Pushup is featured in just about all of the promotional material that exists for it, you can easily make the mistake of assuming that the equipment is made out of metal. In fact, the Perfect Pushup is made out of plastic. The rotational movement is made a bit easier since the equipment is lighter, but that comes with a trade-off of lower durability. The product still has excellent durability and can last for years with proper use, but people that like their exercise equipment to last decades might not like this particular fact.
The Perfect Pushup is a decent all-around arm and chest exercise aid. If you use it, you’ll make each push-up you do more effective in the long run. Just don’t get too attached to it however as other parts of your body need to be exercised as well in order for you to truly get the proper workout going. If you want something that will help you with the entire body, this device is not it.
