Overview
Zantrex 3 is a fat burner that is Ephedra-free. Many fat burners will use this moniker as a badge of pride, but Ephedra is illegal in the United States for use in diet pills so being Ephedra-free is not something the manufacturer chose. What is a bit different is the fact that Zantrex 3 claims to be MORE effective than Ephedra based fat burners. If this is true and the product is safe, this product could be one worth looking into more closely.

The Features
At the heart of the Zantrex 3′s claims of fat burn is the “xanthine-based stimulant”. When the dieter takes a closer look at the ingredient list, the only stimulant used is caffeine. There are several natural sources of caffeine, but they are all caffeine none the less. As a matter of fact, there is so much of the stimulant that one dose of Zantrex 3 has the same stimulation as three cups of morning coffee.
While caffeine has been proven to increase metabolism, there are very real side effects that can be associated with taking in too much whether natural or synthetic. Some of the more common side effects of caffeine include nervousness, rapid heart rate, increased blood pressure and withdrawal symptoms when caffeine intake is reduced. This could mean that Zantrex 3 could be addictive.
One of the sources of caffeine in Zantrex 3 is green tea. This ingredient is also proven to increase weight loss, but there is no fantastic ingredient on the list that can overpower the negative shroud the stimulation caused by the fat burner evokes.

Health and heart conscience dieters need to stay away from Zantrex 3. This fat burner is nothing more than a stimulant pill that will cause enough nausea to keep the dieter from eating at all, not to mention the increased heart rate to boost metabolism. The trouble is too much of a good thing can lead to health problems immediately.
