- Paullinia Cupana Extract
The ingredients of Spirodex, at first glance, are a bit intimidating because they use scientific names. However, these are relatively common ingredients among weight loss ingredients. Oxytropis Falcate is a known anti-inflammatory ingredient; Camelia Sinensis is tea (Chinese type); Hordenine to improve metabolism; Geranium Maculatum for boosting energy and; Paullinia Cupana which is just a fancy word for Guarana.
The heavy dose of caffeine should also help in boosting energy and alertness. But since the ingredients come in a proprietary blend, knowing the concentration of each ingredient is impossible. Even the blend itself comes in low concentration because it’s only 250mg which means each ingredient might only contain 50mg.
