How to Help Your Fat Burner Work
Anyone can take a fat burner in hopes of pushing their metabolism to the limits of burning extraordinary amounts of fat. But, did you know that the type of workout you choose to complete every day could mean the difference in burning fat and just spending extra energy once a day?
Fat burning requires the heart rate be kept within the fat burning zone during the workout. That fat burning zone is at the lower end of the heart rate range for health. For instance, if your maximum heart rate for exercise is 200 beats per minute, the fat burning range would be between 50% and 60% of that amount. The heart rate would need to be kept between 100 and 120 beats per minute during the workout to continue burning fat.
Many people believe the higher their heart rate the more fat they are going to burn, but this is not the case. Longer workouts at a more consistent heart rate will burn more fat over the long run. The trouble with keeping heart rates at a moderate levels is the fat burners effect on the body.
Many fat burners increase heart rate as a means of increasing metabolism and calorie burn. So, an exercise that would normally keep the heart rate at moderate levels instantly moves into higher intensity. The body is burning less fat and the fat burner is not working the way the user wants it to work.
The Answer to Using a Fat Burner and Exercising Right
When using a fat burner during your exercise program, keep intensity levels lower. A heart rate monitor can help monitor the heart rate during the fitness program. Interval training is a great way to boost fat burn when diet pills are pushing the heart rate beyond fat burning levels.
Interval training involves small bursts of higher intensity to spike the heart rate followed by lower intensity to allow the heart to fall back into a moderate rate. Interval training can consist of two minutes stretches of walking at a moderate level followed by 30 seconds of running.
