Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review
Overview
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots program is focused on changing the way a person eats in order to boost fat loss. Unlike other fat burners, this program focuses on the body’s natural ability to burn fat in order to lose weight. The program uses some of the same Atkins techniques that have been tried and tested over the last 25 years or so, but with no as much restriction on carbohydrates. The body does have a natural ability to burn more fat when the proper foods are eaten, but does Fat Loss 4 idiots, an eBook, offer enough information and support to make this plan worth a try?
The Ingredients
An eBook with meal plans for an 11 day menu that will cause weight and fat loss of up to nine pounds or more.
The Features
The menu plan offered by Fat Loss 4 Idiots is one that is healthy and calorie restrictive. There are no processed foods allowed on the plan which is a big indication that the program was written with a low carbohydrate mentality in mind. Once simple and processed carbohydrates are taken out of the diet, the body can kick into ketosis, a fat burning stage, if carbohydrate restriction is taken to extremes. This is the power of the Atkins diet plan, but Fat Loss 4 Idiots does not seem to promote such restriction.
With foods like cottage cheese and banana milk shakes being allowed on the plan, there is no chance of ketosis to increase fat burn, so where is the power in this diet plan?
According to the official website, there is no contact allowed with any customer service department. When the money is paid for the eBook, the link is delivered and that is the entire website and program has to offer. If there are questions regarding the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program, the dieter is left searching the Internet for forums and third-party information.
The cost of the eBook is $39 for the basic information with an upgrade option for an additional $16.95. The upgrade is called Beyond Calories which tells the reader how to eat more and still lose weight.
The Best
- The program is affordable.
- The meal plans are calorie restriction which could lead to weight loss.
- Restricting processed foods is good for overall health.
The Worst
- There is no customer service for the plan.
- Fat loss is not the main end result that will occur.
- No support is offered for the dieter.
- There is no information about what happens AFTER the first 11 days.
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots program may have longevity but it cannot be classified as a fat burner. The program restricts calories and thus weight, mostly water weight, will be lost in the first 11 days. The plan may not be healthy for extended use.
