Cuur is a weight loss product, produced in Sweden and was introduced to the market by its maker, Dr. Marcon Krotkiewski. Many weight loss websites place a person’s name on their website as their doctor but a quick search online will reveal no additional information about the doctor. Fortunately, Cuur is not one of those weight loss products as Dr. Krotkiewski has published a few studies related to weight loss.
The product contains 4 ingredients:

- • Yerba Mate
- • Betula Alba
- • Coleus Forskohill
These ingredients are known to aid weight loss through increased metabolism. The manufacturer has also indicated that it contains caffeine which is estimated at 50mg per capsule. Aside from clearly indicating this amount of caffeine in their website, not much can be concluded with regards to the actual content of each pill. The only other “clue” is the 570mg of EGCG (daily intake) which was extracted from green tea. The quantities of other ingredients are not indicated.
If you calculate the per dosage amount of EGCG, you’ll have 190mg (570mg / 3 pills a day). Add the 50mg of caffeine and the total would be 240mg. Remember that there are still three ingredients that should be added. If they were crammed (most likely) the quantity of each ingredient is not enough to foster weight loss and fat burning.
But this doesn’t mean the product should not be entertained at all. Compared to other weight loss products, the manufacturer is honest enough to inform their potential customers about the side effects of caffeine. At 50mg per pill, jitters should be expected. Another impressive feature of the weight loss product is their advocacy of strict weight loss program and exercise. In fact, the product’s official website contains a diet plan that should be followed with the pill.
Ultimately, Cuur is a weight loss product that’s largely based on green tea and caffeine. Although it’s admirable that it pushes their users to exercise and follow a diet plan, the fact that it pushes these practices could muddle the actual efficiency of the product. You may experience weight loss but it might be due to your strict exercise program with diet.
